Today we finally started the process of pre-invitation. We had invited over 40 schools inside and outside the Nation. The Pre-Invitation read as follow:

Congratulations!
You are a very important part of a group that dedicate valuable time to improve, teach and guide our new generation of leaders. This is why your school has been selected to participate in our ITF TaeKwon-Do Open Tournament in Orlando, Florida, that will take place on September 21, 2019.
We would like to make this event a great success. We cannot do it without making sure that schools from Florida and out of the state become part of this big event. Our vision is to cover every aspect of it and our mission is for everyone to have an experience like never before. We are also in contact with hotels around the area to accommodate lodging for our visitors with a special discount. We want everyone to have a place to stay when they come to our event and also to take advantage and enjoy with the family the theme parks in the Orlando area.
The Sunshine State ITF Tournaments will be a modern and a state of the art event. We will be using digital scoring system, trained judges and referees and is open to any school that practice ITF TaeKwon-Do regardless of the Association, Federation or Independent. We want to collaborate with other schools for the benefit of the students, the purpose is for them to have a great experience and meet other participants from other areas.
This is the Pre-Invitation, please mark your calendars and welcome your students. We will be sending more information and personal invitations for your students starting in April 2019. If you know of any other schools that will like to participate please forward this Pre-Invitation to them, that way we can update our database.
We are looking forward for your response and confirmation. It is a pleasure for us to invite you personally and count with your participation to make this the best tournament in Central Florida.

Usted es una parte bien importante de el grupo que dedica tiempo valioso para mejorar, enseñar y guiar a nuestra nueva generación de líderes. Es por esto que su escuela ha sido seleccionada para participar en nuestro Torneo de ITF TaeKwon-Do Abierto en Orlando, Florida, que se realizará en Septiembre 21, 2019.
Nosotros queremos que este evento sea un gran éxito, no podemos lograrlo sin estar seguros que las escuelas de la Florida y fuera de el estado sean parte de este gran evento. Nuestra visión es cubrir cada aspecto del evento y nuestra misión es para que todos tengan una experiencia como ninguna otra. Nosotros estamos en contacto con hoteles cerca de el área para acomodar a nuestros visitantes con descuentos especiales. Queremos que todos tengan un lugar donde quedarse cuando lleguen a nuestro evento y que aprovechen el disfrutar con la familiar en los parques temáticos en el área de Orlando.
El Sunshine State ITF Tournaments va hacer un moderno e innovador evento. Nosotros vamos a utilizar un sistema digital de puntos, jueces y árbitros entrenadores, es un torneo abierto para todas las escuelas que practican ITF Taekwon-Do aunque no pertenezcan a ninguna Asociaciones o Federación. Nosotros queremos colaborar con otras escuelas para el beneficios de los estudiantes, el propósito es para que ellos tengan una buena experiencia y conozcan otros participantes de otras áreas.
Esta es una Pre-Invitacion, por favor marque sus calendarios y dele la bienvenida a sus estudiantes. Nosotros estaremos enviando más información e invitaciones personales a los estudiantes empezando en Abril 2019. Si usted conoce de otras escuelas que le gustaría participar por favor hágale llegar esta Pre-Invitacion a ellos, de esa manera podemos tener una mejor base de datos.
